REMODELING FAQs

Straight answers on pricing, timelines, permits, and what to expect - so you can plan your remodel with confidence across the Greater Seattle Area

Most standard bathroom remodels take 3–5 weeks, depending on the scope of work, material availability, and whether permits are required.

In most cases, the bathroom will be out of service for part or all of the project. For safety and efficiency reasons, we don’t recommend using the space while work is in progress. If you have multiple bathrooms, we help plan the schedule to minimize inconvenience.

Cost depends on several factors, including:

 – Size of the bathroom

 – Scope of work (cosmetic vs full remodel)

 – Plumbing or electrical changes

 – Tile, fixtures, and finish selections

 – Existing conditions discovered during demolition

After an on-site visit, we provide a clear, itemized estimate so you know what to expect.

Yes. If permits are required, we take care of the entire process, including applications, scheduling inspections, and ensuring the work meets local building codes.

In older homes, it’s not uncommon to uncover issues like water damage or outdated plumbing. If this happens, we stop, document the issue, explain the options, and proceed only after discussing solutions and costs with you.
