Project Overview

Bathroom renovation in Mountlake Terrace

Mountlake Terrace

This bathroom renovation transformed an outdated space into a modern, functional bathroom with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The project included removing the existing bathtub, vanity, toilet, and flooring, then installing a new bathtub, a custom-built vanity with integrated storage, a new toilet, and durable floor and bathtub surround tile.

During demolition, we uncovered a hidden plumbing issue that the homeowner was unaware of. A copper water supply line that was under pressure had been dangerously bent during a previous renovation by another contractor. To ensure the safety and long-term reliability of the plumbing system, we corrected the problem by cutting and capping this section and also relocated and updated the rough plumbing before completing the new installation.

The result is a beautiful, fully refreshed bathroom with improved functionality, modern finishes, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing the hidden plumbing was repaired correctly.
