Huge thanks to the STROIKA team for saving our home. We bought our townhouse brand-new in 2022, so discovering a major flood only three years later was a shock. It turned out the original builder had cut corners missing insulation and an improperly sealed deck caused water to seep in for years, eventually rotting the framing.

We worked with stroika on our kitchen remodel and the project turned out really nice. The kitchen was fully updated with new cabinets, quarts countertop, tile backsplash, lighting and a large island.

We did the bathroom remodeling project with the stroika company. It was a great experience with the construction company. They prepaired the material list after the signing the agreement and gave us recomendation for the vendors where we can buy the finishing materials. Guys started their work only after all finishing materials been at out home. As result only one week and we have a new bathroom. WOW results. Thanks for the guys for so quick work and good quality!

Stroika did an outstanding job on our home remodel. We took on a major renovation of the main level of our 1968 home- including permits, bew plumbing and electrical, and moving the bathroom. The project took about two months, and throughout that entire time the communication with the team was excellent. The entire team was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Not only were our messages and calls answered quickly, the team also made sure to keep us updated every step of the way, providing great explanations of what’s happening and why. Near the end of the project we did a walkthrough, and they noted and fixed any of the details that we pointed out.
