After opening the subfloor, we found that the original cast iron drain pipe had deteriorated over time and was leaking. To ensure the bathroom would be reliable for years to come, we replaced all of the rough plumbing before moving forward with the renovation.
Beyond the structural repairs, we worked closely with the homeowner to bring their vision to life. We built a custom recessed niche in the bathtub area, providing both a stylish focal point and practical storage. We also installed a new window to improve natural light and give the space a fresh, updated look.
The result is a beautiful, modern bathroom built on a solid foundation combining quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and long-lasting functionality.
